If it is about your own bubble

Include the address you paid with and the name of the bubble. Most things — renaming, changing your one-liner, uploading a logo — you can do yourself from your dashboard without waiting for a reply.

If it is about someone else's bubble

Tell us which bubble and what the problem is. We remove placements that are illegal, deceptive, or point somewhere other than what they claim.
